As visible from the lower image, the architectural quality of the buildings of the area is very low. Our design suggests a steel structure on the outside of the old building, completely transforming the functionality and architecture of the buildings. The steel and glass skin provides balconies, weather protection and adjustable sun shading. Different color themes can be used to create individual blocks. The rooftop has been utilised for balconies and apartments.
Rather than forcefully build new structures in between the existing buildings, the solution gives renewed life to old structures and raises their architectural standard to a completely new level.
